Well, now there is with Multi-System Access from Alarm.com. This free enhancement enables Interactive customers to access ALL of their Alarm.com accounts through a single location.
We’ve been listening to your feedback and we understand the value of convenience and control when it comes to security. We are pleased to provide you with a new, free feature you can use to control security systems at multiple properties via your online account or the mobile app. The new Multi-System Access feature is available under the Profile tab of the account website. With it, you can easily add additional systems to an existing login. From that single login, you can access your home, business, and rental property’s security systems. This is an extremely beneficial feature if you’re often on the go or away from your properties. Be sure to check it out.
So how does this innovative system work?
1. To add additional systems to an existing login, a customer will go to the new “Multi-System Access” page under the Profile tab on the customer website.
2. If customers have more than one security system associated with their account, they’ll see a dropdown menu at the top of the customer site or mobile app after logging in.
3. Both existing and new Interactive customers will be able to switch from system to system without having to log out and back in through a different login.
4. Multi-System Access will be available to every Alarm.com Interactive user (BI, AI, or Video Standalone) regardless of system or firmware.
